PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Humber College offers a free transition program for youth between the ages of 19 and 29. This specialized program has been designed to help you make a successful transition to college, whether you have completed high school or not. This will be achieved through a strong focus on developing individualized learning plans, mentoring, advising, career exploration, and skill building. Participants will also be able to take part in a variety of learning opportunities in areas like Media, Business, or Design.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada (have a social insurance number)
