PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Transitions Foundations Program is geared toward those candidates who have the potential for success in post-secondary education, but also have educational gaps that have resulted in incomplete admissions requirements for traditional pathways into post-secondary studies. Candidates may have previously had negative educational experiences, resulting in being unable to complete high school, or have been away from formal education for several years. Upon successful completion of the Transition Foundations Program, learners will be awarded a recognition of completion from The Chang School of Continuing Education.
Learners who successfully complete the Transition Foundations Program may choose to apply to an undergraduate program at Toronto Metropolitan University, take more continuing education courses, register for a certificate program through The Chang School, or apply to another post-secondary institution.
REGISTRATION DETAILS

*Please note that these prices are approximate and are subject to change.
