SUPPLY CHAIN AWARENESS AND EMPLOYMENT BRIDGING PROGRAM

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Awareness and Employment Program is a unique 12-week Supply Chain Bridging Program for internationally trained professionals with education and experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Purchasing. This program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge required to secure commensurate employment in the Ontario Supply Chain sector. Not only will you acquire and develop technical skills, but also the communication and interpersonal skills currently being sought after by employers in this field.

Most importantly, by participating in this program, you will have access to an Employment Advisor as well as a Job Developer to ensure that you build connections with hiring employers and are positioned to secure employment in the Supply Chain sector upon graduation.

Please note: The upcoming cohort of this bridging program will be delivered completely online and can be accessed from anywhere within Ontario. Classes take place evenings and weekends.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Admission Requirements

This program is open to internationally trained professionals who:

  • Are residents of Ontario
  • Are Permanent Residents, Refugee Claimants, Convention Refugees or Canadian Citizens
    • OR Residing in Ontario under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) measure
  • Have educational qualifications outside of Canada with a minimum equivalency to a Canadian degree or diploma
  • Have previous work experience outside of Canada in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing including Supply Chain related experience in Business, Project Management or Engineering
  • Have attained a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment Level 7/8 (Consider OSLT if you do not meet this requirement)
